VOLUNTEER INSTRUCTIONS:
All volunteers must complete a volunteer application and undergo a criminal history record check. Please call at your earliest convenience to complete the process.
Step 1: Complete the Concord School District Intern/Volunteer/Observer Application.
Step 2: Schedule an appointment for fingerprinting at the Division of State Police
603-223-3867 located at 33 Hazen Drive in Concord. They will give you a fingerprint card.
Step 3: Bring the fingerprint card and your Volunteer application to Central office to complete the process.
Step 4: Complete the Reporting Child Abuse and Neglect training, please see folder below with training materials and Assurance Form
Step 5: Sign and return the Volunteer Training on Reporting Child Abuse and Neglect Assurance Form to school's main office.
NOTE: If you have already been through the District’s fingerprint process, you would only need to go through the process again if you have not volunteered for one full calendar year.
